School holiday and after school programs run online and across the country to inspire and engage primary and high school students .
Programs and resources to help teachers bring 21st-century skills into the classroom through industry engagement, entrepreneurship, STEM and innovation.
Extra curricular programs, workbooks, resources and additional support for students to help them explore their passions and bring their ideas to life.
At BOP we develop and deliver programs for primary and high school students around the world to help them develop their 21st-century skills around entrepreneurship, STEAM, and innovation. We work with schools, government and industry to create real, relevant and relatable content for students to get them innovating, creating and discovering the amazing things they can do at any age, from anywhere.
Since beginning our work in 2018 we've had the pleasure of working with over 50,000 students from 120 schools in 36 locations around the world whilst also collaborating with 9 industry partners and 6 universities. Here are some of the amazing partners we've worked with recently.
Along our journey we have also had the pleasure of having our work featured and shared in a range of different ways. From local MP's sharing outcomes in parliament to media publications sharing our work to their audiences. Here are some of the publications that have featured our work:
At BOP we create programs that you wouldn't typically see in a standard classroom. We focus on innovation in education and aim to build unique experiences for students that help them explore pathways and opportunities they hadn't previously considered. Everything we do is created by young people, for young people and is bolstered with industry knowledge and academic fundamentals. We have a few key pillars that shape the work we do, these are:
We strongly believe in building true multipotentialites; students with a range of interests in diverse areas. Research shows the students require diverse skillsets for success and we encourage this.
The student is at the centre of all we do at BOP. Our programs are developed by young people, for young people and we work to create content students will enjoy consuming and working with first and foremost.
Real, Relevant, Relatable
Historically the three R's of education have always been Reading, wRiting and aRithmetic. As we prepare our students for the workforce of the future we have redefined our three R's to ensure everything we do is Real, Relevant and Relatable.
The Power Of Gen Z
Generation Z, our digital natives, are growing up in a world unlike that of any other generation. Because of this they think in a very different way. At BOP we encourage our students to think big and share their ideas, opinions and views on the work they're doing.
The work we do varies from client to client and we often find ourselves working on some incredibly exciting projects. We've created a library to highlight a few of our favourite projects that we've had the pleasure of working on recently.

Why We Do What We Do
At BOP we've had the pleasure of working with some outstanding young people across the country and around the world. Generation Z, our 'Digital Natives', are growing up in a world unlike that of any other generation before and because of this the way they think, problem solve and ideate is unlike anything we've seen before. At BOP we aim to help students realise their potential and achieve amazing things at any age, from anywhere.
Along our journey, we've had the pleasure of working with a number of leading educators and entrepreneurs around the world. Through these adventures we've gained a great deal of knowledge and we wanted to share that knowledge with you, which is why we've created a suite of free resources for teachers and students!
