With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.
Youth Advisory Board
Consulting Young People On Topics That Matter
Growing up in a world surrounded by touchscreen devices, social media and wifi connectivity, young people today think very differently from other generations that have come before.
A great way to get your team thinking differently about how you approach challenges and projects, would be to form a youth advisory board to get young people to develop innovative solutions to challenges pitched by your team.
If you're looking to have a regular youth engagement opportunity, we would recommend forming a youth advisory board. This board would consist of 15 high school students from schools across the community and it would see students meeting for two days each school holidays as well as virtually twice per term as they work to develop ideas, solutions and gather insights for different projects and challenges that you set for them.
Run over the course of 6-12 months, there are opportunities to invite members of the youth advisory board to events, share their insights with teams in your organisation, and have them advocating for your organisation in their local community.

Featuring different iterations since 2020, we've had the pleasure of working with Cross River Rail to create youth advisory opportunities throughout the project history.

Working with the Ipswich City Council over 6 months, we consulted with young people and community leaders to redesign their youth advisory council.
