At BOP we offer workshops, masterclasses, after school programs and resources to help teachers engage students in the classroom, showing students how their learning links with the real world and showing them how they can use their skills to do amazing things at any age, from anywhere.

Business Development Manager
Our BOP Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective schools and clients for BOP Industries and bringing them on board as paying clients. Working closely with the BOP team, you'll have a say in the branding, marketing and business growth strategy for the organisation. Other members of the BOP Industries team will be responsible for handling existing schools and clients, as well as marketing and as Business Development Manager your role will be to develop and execute strategies to bring in new business.
Our BOP Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting BOP programs with a particular focus on the BOP school holiday programs. With BOP running a diverse range of programs around Australia and across the country, the marketing manager will be responsible for promoting the school holiday programs to parents and students with the goal of selling tickets to the programs.
Our Logistics Manager will be in charge of handling all logistics around upcoming workshops and programs. Based in the BOP office in Brisbane, this role will see the logistics manager working closely with all areas of the business to plan and execute upcoming programs. From rostering facilitators to organising workshop materials, managing the creation of the program and setting clear deadlines and expectations, the Logistics Manager will be the central hub of BOP operations.
We are Hiring a Head Facilitator to ensure our staff are trained to deliver a high-quality product at every workshop and event. This person will be responsible for ensuring our facilitators are trained to deliver a high-quality workshop or program, whilst also managing the creation of our workshop programs and ensuring they are always delivered to a high standard. This person will be managing facilitator training, staffing requirements and doing all they can to ensure our facilitators are performing to the best of their abilities.
