The Power Of Young Professionals

With over half the population under the age of 30, companies big and small are looking at how they can attract, retain, and develop top young talent in their teams. In this presentation, we will unpack the key workforce trends we're noticing for Generation Z and Generation Alpha before then looking at some tangible ways young people in school today can get a headstart on their chosen pathway at a young age.

Entrepreneurial Pathways - Scott's Story

Finding Your Purpose - Maddie's Story

In this keynote, Maddie will provide students with not just the tools and tips for choosing a career, but also an understanding of what it means to live a life that is meaningful and impactful as we explore what it means to discover your passion and purpose as a young adult, as well as how to chase your dreams in an ever-changing world.
