Have you ever wanted to make a difference in your local community? Our Community Leaders program has been designed to show students how they can do exactly that as they develop a product or service to support people in their local community.
Whether it’s a robot that delivers groceries to the elderly, or a bin that gives you a round of applause when you put rubbish in it, our community leaders program has been designed to show students how they can make a difference in their community in some fun and creative ways.
In this program, students will be working to identify challenges in their local community, before then thinking big to see how they can solve these challenges in fun and creative ways.
Students will be looking around the world to see what other countries are doing to get more people eating fruit and vegetables, using the stairs as opposed to the escalator and even recycling properly. They will be taking inspiration from these quirky innovations as they create their own for their local community.
