With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.

About The Program
Our Sustainable Aviation program has been designed to get students thinking green as they explore how the aviation industry can take flight toward a more sustainable future. Through a series of sustainability challenges, students will delve into cutting-edge innovations and brainstorm creative ideas to make air travel more eco-friendly. This program offers an exciting opportunity to explore sustainability in aviation and tackle real-world challenges while developing skills in design, innovation, and future pathways.
Students will start the program by learning about next-gen aircraft designed to reduce emissions and optimise performance. During this challenge students will learn about sustainable aviation fuels, route optimisation, and alternative energy sources for aircraft such as hydrogen, electric, and solar, before they then retrofit an aircraft of their choosing to be more eco-friendly.
From there, participants will turn their attention to the in-flight experience as they investigate ways to make airline operations greener by applying sustainable design to in-flight services like meals, uniforms, and the repurposing of retired aircraft.
Next up, students will combine their innovative ideas to create a dynamic campaign showcasing their solutions. Acting as environmental advocates, they’ll design strategies to inspire action and demonstrate how airlines can lead the way in sustainable aviation.
By the end of the program, students will gain a deeper understanding of sustainability in aviation and the confidence to think critically about building a better future for air travel.
