The Dream Team Of The Year Award celebrates a team that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration skills as they have brought an innovative or impactful project to life.

A dream team exhibits a combination of qualities, including open-mindedness, collaboration, and a pursuit of excellence as team members work together to achieve a common goal. When working together, group members demonstrate the ability to apply their diverse range of skills and perspectives in a dynamic environment that allows ideas to be shared openly and creativity to flourish.

A dream team also demonstrates the ability to think outside the box as they test new ideas and learn from failures along their journey. As they work to bring their ideas to life, this team embraces adaptability, resourcefulness, and a user-centric focus throughout the innovation process, ensuring that the end result exceeds expectations.
