With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.

About The Program
The 21st Century Leaders Retreat is a transformative three-day leadership experience designed to help student leaders plan for their upcoming year, build essential leadership skills, and create impactful action plans for their school community. This retreat offers students the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, explore innovation spaces, and develop their leadership abilities through collaborative activities, challenges, and workshops. Students will work alongside their peers to identify real-world challenges, research innovative solutions, and develop their leadership strategies using design thinking principles, ensuring that they are prepared to tackle their leadership roles with confidence and purpose.
Throughout the retreat, students will dive deep into the key areas of leadership, including personal branding, team dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication. By participating in activities like innovation challenges, ethical continuums, and user persona creation, students will hone their critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. They’ll also gain valuable insights from guest speakers, industry panels, and past student leaders who will share their experiences and advice, helping students understand the practical aspects of leadership and innovation. With a focus on collaboration and impact, students will work on designing projects that address challenges within their school community, applying their learnings to create actionable plans for the year ahead.
On the final day of the retreat, students will solidify their action plans with the guidance of mentors, refining their strategies and preparing to pitch their ideas. This collaborative and hands-on approach ensures that students leave the retreat not only with a clear vision for their leadership journey but also with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to drive positive change in their school communities in 2025 and beyond. The 21st Century Leaders Retreat equips students with the knowledge and network to become the forward-thinking, impactful leaders of tomorrow.
Age Group
This program has been designed for student leaders in Grade 7-12.
Program Length
This program can be adapted in length to run for two or three days in length.
Longer programs allow students to further develop their skills and dive deeper into the program content. Shorter programs are great as a taster experience for students touching lightly on the key topics.
