Our 'Preparing For Launch' program will see students working to launch their business ventures. Over the course of the program, students will be building their launch strategy, business operations software, identifying potential partners, and tracking key metrics for success. This program has been designed to support students as they put the finishing touches on their businesses ahead of launching.

Launch Strategy: 
To have an impactful launch, you need a clear strategy to ensure you are getting your message out to the right people. To do this, we will be working with students to develop their launch strategy. We’ll be planning promotional offers, marketing campaigns, and key partner collaborations to get customers talking about our products and services. 
 
Metrics For Success: 
As well as having a strong strategy to launch your business, it’s also important to have clear goals and metrics to track to ensure your strategy is working. In this program, we’ll be working with students to set goals for their business after launching, and identify ways to measure the success of their venture.

Age Group: This program has been designed for high school students. It is recommended for students with a business already, or students looking to launch their own business. 
 
Time Length: This whole program typically runs over 1-2 full days in length, however we can deliver a high level overview of each topic, or individual masterclasses in 1-2 hours.
