About The Program
The Young Entrepreneurs Hub is a hands-on entrepreneurship accelerator designed to support students as they build, launch and grow their own businesses while still at school. Delivered within a real-world co-working and industry environment, students step beyond the classroom to develop their ideas alongside entrepreneurs, mentors, business leaders and other like-minded young people.
Designed to turn entrepreneurial learning into real-world action, the program combines practical workshops, mentoring and business experiences as students take an idea from early concept through to launch and growth. Along the way, students explore branding, customer research, product development, marketing, pricing, sales and business management while building confidence, independence, resilience and leadership skills.
Workshop Themes Include:
Business Ideation & Validation Students identify opportunities, generate business ideas and conduct customer and market research to understand whether their concept solves a genuine problem or meets a real customer need.
Branding & Product Development Students develop their brand vision, values and identity while designing and refining the products or services they plan to take to market.
Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience Students explore content creation, digital and in-person marketing, pricing, sales strategies and customer journey mapping as they learn how to attract and retain customers.
Business Models & Growth Students investigate how their business can generate revenue, manage costs and grow over time while developing a clearer understanding of the practical realities of running a business.
Networking, Personal Branding & Pitching Students build confidence communicating their ideas, develop their personal brand, connect with mentors and industry professionals and pitch their businesses to real audiences.
The Hub extends beyond traditional workshops by providing students with opportunities to connect with industry mentors, attend networking experiences, test their businesses at markets and participate in pitch and showcase events. These experiences allow students to receive real feedback, interact with customers and better understand what it takes to operate a business in the real world.
Flexible Program Formats
The Young Entrepreneurs Hub can be adapted to suit different school, cohort and community needs, including:
1–2 Day Entrepreneurship Intensive – An immersive experience introducing students to entrepreneurship while rapidly developing a new business concept, brand and pitch.
Semester-Long Accelerator – Typically delivered across approximately six program days, allowing students to progressively develop, test and refine their ventures.
Year-Long Young Entrepreneurs Hub – An extended accelerator delivered across approximately 12 program days, giving students the opportunity to build, launch and grow their businesses while accessing ongoing mentoring, industry experiences, markets and pitch opportunities.
The program is particularly suited to schools looking to establish a signature entrepreneurship pathway, provide extension opportunities for students already interested in business, or create a practical bridge between classroom Business learning and real-world enterprise. It can also support students preparing for school markets, entrepreneurship competitions, innovation challenges or existing student business ventures.
Program Outcomes:
By the end of the program, students will:
Develop confidence in entrepreneurship, leadership and independent decision-making
Strengthen creativity, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
Build practical knowledge across branding, marketing, sales, pricing and business development
Gain experience working with mentors, customers and professionals in real-world business environments
Develop, test and pitch their own business concept, with extended programs supporting students to launch and grow real ventures
