With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.

About The Program
The Design Your Own Workshop option has been created to give schools the flexibility to work with the BOP Team to make a program that creates an impactful learning experience, aligns with their curriculum priorities, and meets their assessment needs.
Rather than delivering a one-size-fits-all session, we work alongside your teaching team to design a workshop that aligns directly to your unit of work, assessment criteria, and strategic goals. Whether you are exploring innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, technology, leadership or future industries, we can collaborate with you to shape a program that strengthens student outcomes while meeting curriculum requirements.
The process begins with a planning conversation to understand your cohort, learning objectives, assessment tasks and desired skill development. From there, we co-design a structured experience that may include investigation, design thinking sprints, industry case studies, collaborative challenges, pitching, prototyping or reflection activities.
This option ensures you receive the most tailored outcome for your school, while also ensuring students take something away from the workshop.
Our team includes qualified teachers who specialise in designing engaging workshops that align directly to curriculum and assessment requirements.
Age Group
Program can be adapted to suit between Grade 3 - 12.
Program Length
Programs can run for half a day to a full week in length.

Examples of how schools have utilised this program in the past include:
Ormiston College | We co-designed a workshop for senior business students that challenged them to develop an innovative solution exploring how a brand of their choosing could utilise emerging technologies and consumer trends to improve their marketing and operations in lead up to their business assignment.
Methodist Ladies College | We co-designed a suite of innovation & enterprise programs for students in Grades 5-10 to help them develop their 21st century skills though a school-wide innovation program. Program themes included space travel, user centred design, sustainability challenges, and industry innovation.
Kenmore State High School | We co-designed a series of one day innovation incursions linked to students' studies in class to kick off each unit and get students thinking big about the project ahead of them.
