Program Coordinator

We’re on the search for a friendly but driven program coordinator that is ready to help manage all our programs and operations at BOP around the creation, delivery and wrap up of our workshops and projects. This role would see you working with all members of the team to plan and support upcoming programs online and in person.

 

This is a part time role starting at three days a week with the ability to increase with success in the role and growth of the company.

About The Role 

As a program coordinator, we’re looking for someone with great organisational skills as well as great people skills. This person will need to be able to be likeable and build quick connections when working with our clients and internal team, yet they also need to be able to stick to timelines and produce high quality results. They need to be incredibly organised and have good time management skills as well as the ability to keep to deadlines. Key tasks for this role include: 

 

  • The rostering and planning of upcoming workshops and projects

  • Setting up systems and handling communications with parents for online programs

  • Tech support for online programs 

  • Management of information and materials in the office 

  • The purchasing, organisation and packing of materials for in classroom programs 

 

There will also be the opportunity for this person to facilitate workshops and programs, as well as build materials and resources for the classroom. Prior experience delivering programs or working with students is preferable.

 

Success In The Role 

Success in this role will see you planning and supporting our various programs throughout the term and over school holidays. You will develop relationships with our facilitators and team and handle communications between the office crew and the team to coordinate logistics. 

 

When programs are confirmed you will be responsible for planning the logistics of the program as well as supporting the facilitators to deliver a high quality workshop.

We’re looking for a program coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly and we can continue to offer a premium service to all of our clients as we continue to scale.

The Details

Time Commitment: 20 Hours Per Week (With the opportunity to increase based on performance and company growth) 

Start Date: Early July 

Location: Queen Street Mall, Brisbane (We work in a very funky coworking space)

Salary: $25 Per Hour (with the ability to increase based on performance and growth of the company)
