In addition to understanding customers and identifying their needs, creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is an important step in the product design process. An MVP is a version of a product that has enough features to satisfy early customers and provide valuable feedback for further development.
 
The MVP approach allows businesses to validate their product idea with real customers and gather feedback before investing a lot of resources into development. It also allows for a faster time to market and can help identify which features are most important to customers, allowing for better prioritization.
 
During the masterclass, students will learn how to create an MVP and how to use it to validate their product idea. They will learn how to identify the core features of their product that are essential for meeting customer needs, and how to prioritize and iterate on these features based on customer feedback.
