About The Program

In a world witnessing rapid globalisation, an increase in population, and unprecedented technological advancements, our City of the Future program invites students to dive into the intricacies of urban life. From reimagining transportation, public spaces, diverse communities, homes, and workplaces, students reimagine their city for the year 2050, leveraging insights from how technology is integrated local and global innovations that shape the urban landscape.

The City of the Future program involves students working together in teams to revamp sections of their city, adding new innovations, sustainable solutions, and urban design. Throughout the program, students engage in design-thinking methodology to brainstorm ideas that address major issues faced by our cities.

For teachers, the City of the Future program provides a dynamic platform to introduce students to the exciting world of urban design and the transformative power of innovative thinking. Additionally, the program presents an ideal opportunity for collaborative endeavours with local councils and city planners, fostering partnerships between future Gen Z employees and urban developers.
