BOP Industries Is Hiring An

Education Program Manager

At BOP Industries, we design future-focused learning experiences that inspire, empower and engage students across Australia and beyond. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Education Program Manager to step into a key role within our team. This is a hands-on, leadership position suited to someone with a background in teaching who is ready to step beyond the classroom and into a fast-paced, creative environment.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across schools on a national scale, contribute to cutting-edge programs focused on future skills and be part of a team rethinking how education is designed and delivered. With a mix of independent work, collaboration and variety across projects, this role offers a dynamic alternative to the traditional classroom setting.

This role has a strong creative and strategic focus. You’ll be responsible not just for what our programs teach, but how they look, feel and engage students through high-quality, well-designed resources and incursions.

About The Role

As an Education Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering the programs BOP is known for. You’ll oversee program quality from build through to delivery, while also leading the development of new and bespoke projects for schools and industry partners.

At BOP, our programs are developed alongside leading industry organisations, translating real-world ideas, challenges and innovations into engaging classroom-ready learning experiences. You’ll play a key role in bringing these to life for students. This role blends education, innovation and leadership. One day you might be refining and quality-checking a program build. The next, you could be designing new learning experiences or supporting the delivery of key educational events.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of programs, including reviewing and editing program materials prior to delivery

  • Designing new programs, with strong scaffolding and understanding of how students learn

  • Developing bespoke programs for clients, aligned to curriculum frameworks and real-world contexts

  • Designing high-quality, visually engaging resources by drawing on inspiration and building cohesive materials (slides, worksheets, templates and student-facing materials)

  • Ensuring all program materials are cohesive, on-brand and aligned to BOP’s visual standard

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of educational events and experiences delivered by BOP

  • Supporting and overseeing Program Coordinators to ensure all work meets a high standard

  • Providing guidance and feedback on program builds, including structure, flow and engagement

  • Contributing to projects developed in collaboration with industry partners, ensuring ideas are translated into engaging, student-ready learning experiences

  • Continuously improving programs based on feedback, trends and classroom relevance

About You:

We’re looking for someone who understands the classroom, but is ready to think bigger.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in teaching or education, with a strong understanding of how students learn and how to design effective learning experiences

  • Classroom teaching experience is highly regarded, but not essential

  • Experience developing lessons, units or classroom resources from scratch

  • A strong understanding of scaffolding, differentiation and student engagement

  • Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

You Will Also Bring:

  • A strong eye for design, layout and visual communication

  • The ability to create cohesive, engaging resources from scratch (not just adapt templates)

  • Experience using Canva (or similar tools) to produce polished, student-facing materials

  • An understanding of how visual design impacts student engagement and learning

  • Confidence leading design-focused projects and taking ownership of visual output

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are:

  • Looking to transition out of the classroom into a more dynamic and creative role

  • Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of your work

  • Passionate about education, innovation and real-world learning

  • A strong communicator who can collaborate with a range of stakeholders

Highly Regarded:

  • A portfolio of previous work (slides, worksheets, programs or classroom resources)
