Business Development Manager

Role: Part-Time (2-3 Days Per Week)

+ The Ability To Increase To Full-Time Dependant On Performance 


Location: BOP HQ Brisbane 

155 Queen Street, Brisbane 

+ Visiting Schools And Attending Events 


Pay: $300 Per Day ($600-$900 Per Week) 

Key Performance Indicators: 

Base Rate = $12,000 Of Sales Per Month 

Commission = 15% of all sales over that 

Our BOP Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective schools and clients for BOP Industries and bringing them on board as paying clients. Working closely with the BOP team, you'll have a say in the branding, marketing and business growth strategy for the organisation. Other members of the BOP Industries team will be responsible for handling existing schools and clients, as well as marketing and as Business Development Manager your role will be to develop and execute strategies to bring in new business. 

Based in the Brisbane office, the Business Development Manager will be tasked with identifying new schools that may be interested in the work we are doing at BOP and our range of products for schools. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients whilst finding a way that they can use the BOP education products. 


As part of this role, the Business Development Manager will also be tasked with finding opportunities to promote the BOP brand with new partners, identifying and planning speaking and showcase opportunities at events, attending networking events on behalf of the company, and identifying and applying for new grant opportunities. This person will be tasked with identifying, executing and closing new business opportunities for BOP.
