Business Development Manager

 

Now Hiring - Business Development and Sales Manager 

At BOP, we're on the lookout for a Business Development and Sales Manager to join the team and help us expand our impact across Australia and around the world. 

For this role, we're looking for someone with a genuine passion for education, supporting teachers and helping inspire and empower young people. If you're someone that gets excited just talking about the possibilities and opportunities for young people today, then this is the role for you. 

Whilst this role has a sales and growth focus, there is also a great deal of opportunity to get involved in the projects with the schools and build, maintain and grow relationships with our schools here in Australia and abroad. 

As well as this, you will also have the opportunity to manage relationships with our corporate partners for our school holiday innovation camps. This will include travel nationally and internationally to build and develop new relationships, identify emerging markets and create new opportunities. As well as this, you will also be responsible for maintaining existing relationships here in Queensland.

The Role:

This role will see you managing sales, growth and customer relationships with our schools in Queensland as well as abroad. This includes identifying opportunities for further collaboration with our existing schools, converting inbound leads to successful sales and also identifying opportunities for growth and creating deals with new schools. 

For success in this role, you will need to have great interpersonal skills, a genuine passion and excitement about the work we are doing and the ability to think on your feet and make connections. 

An interest or experience in education is also recommended.

Who We're Looking For:  

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for E-STEAM (Entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) and young people. The ability to build relationships and communicate ideas is essential and a knowledge of the content we deliver and industry trends is essential. 

Experience in a sales or business development role is highly recommended and the ability to hit set KPI's is also required. 

The Details:

We're looking for a full-time team member for this role. This role will have a base salary + commission.  

This is a Brisbane based role working with the BOP Team.

This role also brings a great deal of flexibility with the opportunity for you to work from different locations and travel.
